My name is Astrid. I am a Vibrational Wellness Practitioner specializing in healing through energy coherence work, mineral balancing, and the vibrational frequency of numbers in a persons energetic make-up. From a very young age, I recall asking myself deeply, "Why am I here?". As years went by and through extreme challenges in life, I began to intuitively understand the cause and effect of certain patterns, substances and mineral dysregulation in my own body and of others too; as well as, recognizing the patterns and barriers that hold us back from a life of true joy and expansion through energetic alignment.  This led me to an education of Reiki healing, the RCP Institute taught by founder and teacher, Morley Robbins and also the teachings of Vikki MacKinnon, Master Numerologist. 

Since I made the powerful affirmation of "I am healed" back in 2018, I have fully embraced these transformative practices that have changed my life for the better in mind, body and soul.  As as an attuned Jikiden Reiki Level II practitioner, certified Root Cause Protocol Consultant and Numerology Practitioner, my mission is to assist you in uncovering your own healing empowerment journey and realigning with your Divine Strength.
