A focused session designed to help you understand your current symptoms and begin supporting your body right away. If you are at the end of the frustrating road of finding answers to your dis-ease, this session offers an empathetic and compassionate approach to understanding the distress in your body and getting a simplified, clean start to true wellness and balance in your body. Our biology is so much more simple than mainstream health and even wellness approaches think. The innate healer is within you and we can ignite that! This session is ideal if you’re experiencing stress, fatigue, anxiety, or feeling “off,” and want clear, immediate direction. We focus on identifying key symptom patterns, digging deep into history and past and present use of certain "wellness" supplements/medications that may be affecting your natural biology. We look at mineral-based support to help stabilize your system and reduce overwhelm while staying with a whole-food approach as much as possible. Nature's pharmacy is the best!!
